To use aatoto services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. You must also link a valid Indonesian bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, or other supported banks) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) for deposits and withdrawals.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on aatoto. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If aatoto detects multiple accounts registered under the same name, IP address, device, payment method, or household, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any winnings and bonuses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify aatoto customer support immediately.
aatoto is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all users. We may request copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), or other documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and freezing of funds. All verification documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
aatoto accepts deposits via all major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Deposits from accounts not matching your registered name will be rejected and returned, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Deposits via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to banking system delays. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact aatoto customer support with your transaction reference number.
By making a deposit, you agree that all transactions are final. You may not request a chargeback, reversal, or dispute through your bank or payment provider. Any attempt to reverse a deposit after funds have been used for betting will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, provided that you have completed identity verification (KYC), met all applicable bonus wagering requirements, and have no outstanding disputes or investigations on your account.
aatoto processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and verification status. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Withdrawals to other banks and e-wallets may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) will be processed on the next business day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Users may request multiple withdrawals per day, but cumulative daily withdrawals may not exceed Rp 200,000,000 without prior approval from aatoto management.
aatoto reserves the right to request additional identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation before processing a withdrawal. Large withdrawals (above Rp 10,000,000) may require enhanced verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.
All withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and previously verified by aatoto. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account. If you need to update your registered payment method, you must submit verification documents for the new account before it can be used for withdrawals.
aatoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and accept the terms of each promotion before claiming it.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount) before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 20,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and live casino games may contribute 10-20%. aatoto strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting on all outcomes of an event), and colluding with other users to manipulate bonus systems. Any user found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.
All bonuses have an expiration date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of claiming. If wagering requirements are not met before expiration, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiration dates.
All bets placed on aatoto are subject to acceptance by our system. aatoto reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed with incorrect odds due to technical errors, bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets), or bets suspected of being placed with insider knowledge or as part of a fraudulent scheme.
All sports bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing body of the sport or competition. Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Togel draw results are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery operator (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools, etc.). aatoto's decision on bet settlement is final.
If aatoto identifies an obvious error in odds, game results, or payouts (such as displaying decimal odds of 100.00 instead of 1.00 due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to void affected bets and correct balances retroactively. Users will be notified of any such corrections.
Any form of cheating, collusion with other players, use of bots or automated betting systems, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Users found engaging in such conduct will have their accounts permanently closed, all funds confiscated, and may face legal action.

aatoto's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements). Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
aatoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of serious misconduct, aatoto may confiscate account balances and winnings.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. aatoto reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on inactive accounts. You will be notified by email before any fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aatoto holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from your use of aatoto shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact aatoto customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may proceed to formal arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
